Implementation Date of Sea Cargo Manifest & Transhipment Regulations has been postponed to September 30, 2020

Please note the implementation date of Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations (SCMTR) 2018, has been deferred for another period of 2 months.

As per Notification No. 66 /2020-Customs (N.T.) issued by the Union Ministry of Finance, Government of India, the implementation date of India Sea Cargo Manifest & Transhipment Regulations has now been further deferred to 30th September 2020.
